| Dead Pixels |

| Different monitor manufacturers have different policies when it comes to dead pixels. Generally, any manufacturer will replace a display which has a dead pixel towards the center of the screen. If there are 1 or 2 dead pixels on the edges of a screen, these may not be valid for warranty replacement unfortunately. At this time, we do not offer pretesting of any LCD monitors for dead pixels. |
