| In our constant battle for perfection, I'd like to introduce you to Wendy, a new feature in the system builder to help colour co-ordinate your machine components to match the selected case. Wendy now demands attention if any of the components you have chosen do not seem to match the case colours, giving the choice to either leave it as is or change to components of matching colour. Try out the System Builder online, now with Wendy. Did you know ordering through the System Builder can often work out cheaper than buying the components separately from SecretNet, and usually even other retailers, and includes building and endurance testing of your system? Look out for more features in the coming months, such as advanced partition/RAID configurations, as well as bundled internet access. (Update 25/1) A major bug preventing the ordering of multiple custom built systems of the same specification has now been fixed. Thanks to Graham for reporting that this was still an active issue. (Update 31/1) The warning about the Christmas Break and systems has been removed. Sorry if that scared anybody off :-) |
