SecretNet Privacy Policy
Below is a brief overview of when personal information is used, how it is used, and who has access to that information.
Information We May Request
- For addressing and delivery purposes, your name, company (where applicable), address, and phone number will be
requested. A mobile phone number can also be supplied to aid in the delivery where possible.
- For order tracking and management, we will require your e-mail address.
- For credit card orders, we will require your full name as appears on the card (the card owner will be contacted prior to
billing), the card number and the expiry date.
Where We May Use Collected Information
- For means of delivery of subsequent orders, or for providing replacements, we may refer to the information you provided
whilst ordering for delivery of products if the information provided for returns or orders is incomplete
- We may use information for non-personal statistics to find out what areas our products are selling, which products are
selling, etc, but in such a case, this information will be in no way detailed enough to reveal your identity or shopping
habits, and any information published will not contain any identifying information about any customer.
- Your e-mail address will be used to send notification of the status of the order for when:
- The order is being confirmed.
- The order is ready for payment.
- The order has been despatched.
- The order tracking has ended.
Who Has Access To Your Information
- Any employee at SecretNet, or any drivers contracted to us will have access to your name, address, and phone details, as well
as details of the order itself.
- Occasionally, we may pass on your details to a supplier for assistance in product returns, which could include your name,
address, phone, and/or e-mail address.
- Your credit card details are only accessible by limited number of employees at our warehouse with the responsibility for
handling credit card payments.
What We Won't Do With Your Information
- We will not give away or sell your information to any third party with exceptions to the above section (ie. suppliers in
special circumstances).
- We will not use your street address or e-mail address for marketing except where explicitly requested (ie. by specifically
signing up to our e-mail mailing list).
Handling of Credit Card Details
- Credit card details are stored securely on our Web server between the placement and the conclusion of the order.
- The credit card number and expiry date are deleted from our system and no records of these details are kept once the order
has been completed and tracking ended on our system.
- Our Web-site uses SSL RC4 128-bit high-grade encryption certificates which are self-signed.

- Any attempt at Credit Card fraud will result in all customer's details being disclosed to the relevant law enforcement
personnel.
We are committed to ensuring customer details are kept private and not abused. SecretNet itself has an active role in
filtering out spam on the Internet already, and we have no interest in adding to an already growing problem.
