Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for orders despatched via Personal Delivery or Australia Post.  For further details about Cash on Delivery, please refer to the SecretNet Delivery Methods document.

When opting to pre-pay via Direct Deposit, we recommend waiting for stock to arrive before pre-paying.  An e-mail will be despatched to you when all goods have arrived for your order and payment can be arranged.  Alternatively, you can pay at any time after e-mail confirmation has been received to speed up the order process, this way, you can avoid the delays relating to clearance times from the transfer delaying the order further.
We recommend using your order tracking number, which is in all e-mail subjects, as a description for the transfer where possible.

This table isn't entirely accurate.  Sometimes payments may clear ahead or behind for various reasons, including public holidays.  They should never be more than the next block however, so if payment hasn't come through by this time, I would recommend checking the payment details.  It's quite likely to have bounced back to your account due to incorrect details.

Please note that if you are ordering via Credit Card, we will need to contact the cardholder personally once all the goods have arrived for authorisation.  Please keep this in mind when ordering as it can cause an additional delay once the goods have arrived.
Currently we accept Visa and Mastercard.  I'm afraid we don't accept American Express or Diners Club cards at this time.
Please note that we can not accept an alternate credit card for payment if a credit card failure occurs.
All credit card orders attract a 2.5% surcharge.

We now accept pre-payment via cheques and money order.  Please make all cheques and money orders payable to SecretNet.  We will provide our PO Box details and a reference number when we confirm your order.  Please be sure to put the reference number on the envelope when you send us the money order or cheque, as we will require this to help track the incoming payment.
Bank Cheques and Money Orders are generally cleared as paid within a day of arriving, however we maintain a clearance time of 7 days for any Personal/Company Cheques due to our current banking methods.  We may waive the clearance time on cheques for regular customers.

At the time of writing, the following payment methods are not available:

SecretNet does not not offer any leasing or periodic payment arrangements, either directly or through a third-party.
