Introduction to the Customer Center The SecretNet Customer Center is a new back-end system on our Web server which allows customers to keep track of multiple shopping carts at once, as well as the status of multiple returns in our tracking systems. This system can also be used to store customers' address details so they do not need to be re-entered on the order form every time an order is placed. More advanced features will be added to the Customer Center over time. The use of the Customer Center is entirely optional, and there is no need to create a profile in the customer center if you simply want to place a single order on our Web site.
